October 2025 - Cycles of Life, Closures, Beginnings, Revitalization, and Coming Home

October. I love October. In the Northern Hemisphere, that means, trees slowly turning bright orange, yellow and red. The air is crisp and is filled with the scent of pumpkin spices, cinnamon, home.
The 10th month in the year. 10 is the number of completion where cycles of our life comes to a close as we prepare ourselves to embark on a new journey, another layer within our self-discovery.. With any ending, there is an invitation to explore with grace, compassion, and patience with what was and appreciate what is right now.
After the Tower falls, what remains behind? What stones within the rubbles do we wish to keep and begin the rebuilding process of something new. Perhaps, instead of a tower that we build, we begin to build a castle or a city or an empire.
The Tarot Cards based on numerology for October are The Wheel of Fortune (X), The Sun (XIX), and the Magician (I). Tuning into the energetics of these cards, in addition to the The Hermit (IX) that is the energy that we all walk with for the year, 2025... there is an overarching cloak, a layer that invites us to explore int he subtly of events. The Hermit wears a cloak that protects him from not just the cold but also a shroud that makes you wonder what lies underneath the mysteries. With just a lantern to guide his path, this is the inner light, the inner knowing where we straddle the lines between doubt and irrefutable Truth. The Hermit invites us to take intentional steps along the path that is guided by the light within.
Now, as we weave this energy with the tarot cards of the month, we begin to take notice of the cycles present within our life. Every day, there are chapters coming to a close. What this month invites, is conscious awareness around the cycles that are coming to a close to your life and what you wish to do to honor it ... be it grieving or celebrating it with fire. At the same time, there is a magic that is arising with what transmutation will emerge from the rubbles of chapters closing... because with every ending, there is a new beginning. Perhaps, the mystery here invites us to explore and ask ourselves, "What Do You Wish To Dream Into Existence? What Do You Wish To Alchemize Into Reality?"
To truly take right action and bring the unseen world of our vision into the physical manifestiation of the human existence, we first must understand -- "What Brings You Joy?" and observe how this "Joy" lands within your body. This becomes your foundation into crafting a world that is calibrated to a new normal of joy, happiness and living. When you begin to filter your reality through the perception of
